Software delivered as a service (SaaS) and Internal Social Media tools can quickly be implemented, 'turned on' from a technology perspective.  However, just because you can easily build it does not mean people will come. It is still an application, a system that must be brought to life by people.  These people together form the DNA of the organization... a living, evolving organism that is not always what it seems to be on the surface.

  • Define use cases;
  • Define Change Enablement strategy and approach;
  • Align the organization to the initiative at the appropriate levels;
  • Craft and begin executing the Change Enablement Plan.
