Based upon the results of the SmartStart, we will implement a Change Enablement Plan that includes a communication strategy and plan and training program designed specifically for your organization.  Communication and training are important steps in the change process; the core foundation upon which change is built.

Communication Strategy & Plan
It is important to communicate to the right people, from the right people, at the right time with relevant messages delivered from the most appropriate communication medium.  Based upon the results of the WorkWise SmartStart, we will help craft a comprehensive communication strategy that will improve getting the message heard and understood across each of the appropriate roles and audiences.

Training Program
To create an effective training program, we must understand a day-in-the-life of all the various user roles, the value proposition and the known barriers to adoption of the solution.  Based upon our understanding of these critical finding, we can design and develop a blended training program tailored to meet individual goals of key stakeholders, management and end-users that align with your specific business goals.
