The leaders of WorkWise have had individual journeys that have led them together in a unique way. Each person has their own story but all share a passion to inspire change. This is reflected in a company culture where great care is taken to help customers find their own path to success. The leaders of WorkWise have deep roots in the technology space and have joined forces to put 60+ years of collective experience to work.
In the fall of 2011, Linda Wade, founder of Apogee Solutions, partnered with Kristin Kassis and Steve Schlabs, who have worked for companies like Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab, EDS, and Salesforce.com. The goal was to expand upon Apogee's offerings and to deliver a broad spectrum of innovative change enablement solutions that address the changing landscape of SaaS and Social Initiatives. Workwise is a high-energy new company that will build on the legacy of Apogee and its established team of consultants that have successfully been delivering services for over 20 years.
In 1992, Linda Wade started Computer Application Specialists (CAS). CAS was primarily focused on application desktop training suites such as Microsoft and Lotus. In the mid-90s, when Siebel grew to become a leader in the CRM market, CAS began a Siebel practice and rebranded to Apogee. At that time, the company focused on instructional design and training. By 2009, the company grew again and expanded into change enablement services and subsequently into the cloud computing arena by launching a salesforce.com practice. Apogee's experience and proven track record in this space gives WorkWise an enormous head start in the SaaS Change Enablement arena.
